We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) as of 01st January 2022.
Your tasks:
– Expert handling of all incoming inquiries (via phone, chat and e-mail) from existing or potential customers regarding our products and services (inbound) in compliance with SLA’s (service level agreements)
– Processing of reimbursement requests (claims)
– Advice and information on all aspects of our insurance products
– Changes to insurance contracts
– Processing of special inquiries
– Participation in internal departmental training courses to expand knowledge of medical terminology, our products, and operating procedures
Your profile:
– Professional experience in the service sector, in tourism or in a call or service center is an advantage
– Quick perception and sound judgment
– A strong customer and service orientation is the focus of your daily activities
– High level of commitment
– Strong communication skills and correspondence skills
– Independent and reliable way of working
– Performance and goal-oriented work fills you with great joy
– Willingness to work weekends and in shifts (06:45-15:15 /14:45-23:15)
– Good knowledge of the common MS-Office applications
– Very good language skills in German and English
